This module is for management and teams. We help you explore how your team works together, and how the culture of your organization can support better communication. You’ll have an opportunity to see what drives your team, what each person’s communication style is and how to work within those styles to move your vision forward. This offering is customized to what you want to achieve: leadership that are ambassadors for your vision, teams that work together to build inclusive and safe environments, leadership training, or direct 1:1 coaching with team members.
